Hi, I called you this morning and spoke a very helpfull man. I explained to him that my tenant had lost the bike shed door key for my rental property and I needed the lock replacing at Borland Road TW11 9HP. I was quoted £ 59 for the call out and £ 29 for the lock a total of £ 88.wich I agreed to and booked an appointment for today.. I specifically asked about payments and was told that we could pay by credit card. Nir Cohe came out and changed the lock but when he finished he requested £ 128 i.e.£ 40 more then quoted and he did not take credit cards but Cash ! he promised to e-mail the invoice. I called the office at 15 40 as we had not received the invoice and also to query the bill. Nir called my husband back within 10 mins and explained that he had used a £ 69 lock for a 1X2 m bike shed!!! We have still not received an invoice despite his promiss to e-mail it straight away and we are totaly unhappy about the £ 69 lock for the bike shed ! Could you please comment. Excellent fast, efficient and polite service. I would recommend very highly. I had to cancel my appointment on one occasion and they were very courteous to me and waived the charge. Great to know I can rely on an excellent local service. Penny
